Far beyond the bustling pulse of central Zürich, Harisson’s © redefines continental gastronomy through an uncompromising lens of architectural precision and tactile taste. Housed within a preserved subterranean vault, it is a sanctuary where timeless European culinary technique meets the quiet intensity of modern luxury.

Every seat at Harisson’s is positioned to honor the dialogue between host and guest. Beneath stone vaults and ambient illumination, our seasonal tasting menus translate local Swiss agriculture into stark, memorable flavor profiles—curated daily by our kitchen brigade.
