Ok, so, the thing goes, $15,000 USD (dollars) for the Gotica Template. For $5,000 totaling at $20,000, yes, you can read, I'm on your side for 1 whole year. Based off of business rapport. YOU own the site.
I run and manage everything you saw in regards to incorporating your name and logo (though I highly encourage broading when it comes to branding. I get all the logistics of why a Name, sti(n)ks though…)
$30,000 dollars for social media, you can mix. I do both, Facebook and Instagram. That price is for the whole year as well. Domains and all that stuff, don't worry about it.
Pay attention part:
If you introduce me to a client, who books a $15,000 Gotica Template, and a $5,000 warranty; I'm paying you a direct $5,000 dollar commission.
