Tucked far beyond the bustling center of Zürich, where cobblestone streets fade into towering pine groves and rolling mist, stands an architectural relic that has quietly redefined modern luxury.

Harisson’s—a breathtaking medieval sanctuary constructed centuries ago—was not always the domain of Michelin-aspiring epicures and ultra-high-net-worth jet-setters. Long before its transformation into an exclusive 75-seat gastronomic temple, the estate harbored a rich, enigmatic history shrouded in whispers of European aristocracy, secluded artistic salons, and gothic romanticism.

Originally erected by feudal stonemasons as a fortified retreat on the city's outskirts, the gothic hall featured soaring vaulted arches, hand-carved stone hearths, and sprawling private grounds wrapped in wild, climbing brier roses. For generations, the estate remained strictly off-limits to the public, functioning as a discreet retreat for society's most secretive figures.
